Description: Limestone, 10 x 15.5 cm. Inscribed on two sides in black ink, obverse 6 lines, reverse 5 lines. Top obverse = bottom reverse. Damaged: beginning of obverse 5 lost, ends of obverse 1, 5-6 lost, beginnings of reverse 2, 4-5 effaced, middle of reverse 3-4, 6 effaced. A correction by the scribe in obv. 3.
