Description: Limestone (former jar lid), 10.9 x 11.8 x 2.2 cm. Inscribed on two sides: on obverse 5 lines in black ink; on reverse a sketch drawing and the nebti -name of Ramesses IV. Top obverse = right edge reverse. Damaged: surface degraded, parts of lines 1, 2 and 4 effaced and broken off, most of the writing in lines 3-5 missing.
