Description: Limestone, 27 x 31 cm. Inscribed on two sides, obverse: drawing of a bird with a human head, reverse: a hieratic inscription, 4 lines probably in black ink, and a drawing of a leopard's head on the edge(?). Top obverse = bottom reverse. Damaged: ends of reverse 3-4 lost, ends of reverse 1-2 effaced.
