Description: Limestone, 8 cm x 14 cm. Inscribed on one side probably in black ink, 5 lines. Damaged: only traces remain of line 1, beginnings of lines 2-3, 5 lost, ends of lines 2-5 lost, middle of line 2 lost, middle of line 4 illegible. Correction by scribe in line 3.
