Description: Limestone, 9 x 20.5 cm, three joining fragments. Inscribed on two sides in black ink and red ink, obverse 7 lines, reverse remains of some signs, unknown number of lines. Palimpsest: traces of old writing on reverse. Damaged: middle of obverse 1-5 lost, end of obverse 2 lost, only traces remain of obverse 6-7, reverse effaced; see Remarks.
