Description: Limestone, 13 x 15 cm. Inscribed on two sides: on obverse 7 lines and on reverse 5 lines in black ink. Top obverse = top reverse. Palimpsest: the text on obverse has been effaced and a drawing of a goat in red ink outline, black ink and yellow paint has been made over the old text, with an effaced line of hieroglyphic text underneath. Damaged: obverse almost illegible save for line 1, middle of rev. 1 effaced, ends of rev. 1-5 missing.
