Description: Limestone, stela-shaped , 22 x 14.3 cm (thick 3.8 cm) . Inscribed on one side in black ink, text in two columns, column I 13 lines, column II 13 lines. Damaged: loss at beginnings of I 1-8, and I 12-13, slight loss at end of II 13.

Provenance: Originating from excavations by R. Mond at Qurna in the early years of the 20th century. Reverse of ostracon has pencil mark: Zai 23-b-'-, probably indicating findspot TT 23 (tomb of royal scribe 7Ay ).
