Description: Limestone, 14 x 14.7 cm (thick 2.3 cm) . Inscribed on two sides in black ink, obverse 5 lines, reverse 3 lines. Top obverse = bottom reverse. Damaged: ends of obverse 1-2 lost, beginning of obverse 2 effaced, end of obverse 3 effaced, middle of reverse 1 effaced, ends of reverse 1-2 effaced. Correction by scribe in obverse 2.
