Description: Papyrus sheet, 7.5 x 20.5 cm. Damaged. Two folds discernible. Recto V/H, verso H/V. Top recto = top verso. In black in 4 lines of writing on the recto and 1 line (the address) on the verso. A fragment broken off at the left-hand border, causing the end of line 1 of the recto to be missing.
