Description: Papyrus, 7.5 x 11.5 cm. Black ink, recto (V/H) 3 lines, verso (H/V) 4 lines, top recto = bottom verso. Damaged, beginnings of lines on both sides lost, recto text only partly preserved since part of sheet has been cut off before verso text was written.
