Description: Limestone, 18 x 27 cm. Inscribed on two sides probably in black ink, obverse 11 lines, reverse 8 lines; obverse 5 squeezed in between 4 and 6. Damaged: ends of obverse 2-4, 6 lost, middle of obverse 2, 7 effaced, beginning of obverse 7, 11, reverse 2 effaced, middle of obverse 10 chipped off. Corrections by scribe in obverse 1, 6, 7, 11, reverse 7; the word rmT in nA rmT pA xr (obv. ~2#) is added above the line, and may be considered as a correction.
