Description: Light brown papyrus sheet (bottom section darker), 22 x (max.) 10.5 cm. Damaged. Palimpsest. Broken into 12 strips, increasing in height from the bottom recto to the top. Recto H/V, verso V/H. Top recto = bottom verso. In black ink remains of 16 lines of writing on the recto and 6 lines (including address) on the verso. Substantial parts on the left border and at lower right-hand missing. Only lines 1-4 of the recto undamaged, the ends of all other lines are missing, as well as the beginnings of lines 12-14. Address at the bottom of the verso. Traces of an earlier text (probably a letter), written perpendicular to the present text. Above line 1 of the verso there are traces, possibly of a third text or a line belonging to the second text.
