Description: Limestone, 21.5 x 15.5 (if facsimile in Hieratic Ostraca is on scale of 1;1). Two sides; obverse: thirteen lines; reverse: eight lines. Black ink. Damaged; the ostracon has broken into three separate pieces; a large fragment is missing from the middle and bottom, as well as one from the top left of obverse. Of the reverse the top and middle is heavily damaged. Top obverse = bottom reverse.

Contents: A donkey (with its young?) was hired out to a watercarrier but most probably died. After proceedings in the onb.t he is obliged to recompense the owner, but failed to do so and mistreats a doorkeeper sent seeking compensation.
