Description: Limestone, 17 x 14.4 cm. Inscribed on four sides in black ink, obverse 11 lines, top edge obverse 1 line, left edge obverse 5 lines, reverse (a) 2 lines after which follows two columns, column I 7 lines, columns II 4 lines, (b) perpendicular and to the left of reverse (a) 1 line. Top obverse = left edge reverse. Damaged: top of obverse 1 chipped off, beginning of obverse 9-10 lost, ends of obverse 7-10 lost, only a few signs remain of top edge obverse, middle of left edge obverse 1, 4 effaced, beginning and end of obverse left edge effaced, only traces remain of left edge obverse 5, beginnings of reverse (a) 3-4 chipped off, middle of reverse (a) 8 effaced, only traces remain of reverse (a) 9. Corrections by scribe in obverse 6, and 7.
