Description: Limestone, 8.9 x 11.3 cm. Inscribed on two sides in black ink and red ink, obverse 5 lines and remains of some signs above obverse 1, reverse 6 lines. Top obverse = bottom reverse. Palimpsest: remains of an old text on reverse. Damaged: Beginnings of obverse 1-2 lost, ends of obverse 1-2, 4-5 lost, middle of obverse 5 lost, end of obverse 4 effaced. beginnings of reverse 2-4 lost, ends of reverse 1, 3-5 lost, only traces remain of reverse 6.
