Description: Limestone, 11 x 8.2 cm. Inscribed on two sides in black ink, obverse 5 lines, reverse 3 lines. Top obverse = top reverse. Damaged: ends of obverse 1, 3-4 lost, beginning and end of reverse 1 effaced, beginning and middle of reverse 2 effaced, beginning of reverse 3 effaced.
