Description: Limestone, 13.5 x 23.5 cm. Inscribed on two sides in black ink, obverse 7 lines, reverse 5(?) lines. Top obverse = top reverse. Damaged: beginning of obverse 1 chipped off, top of middle of obverse 1 lost, middle of obverse 1-2, 5-7 effaced, ends of obverse 3-4 effaced, only a few signs remain of reverse 1-5.
