Description: Limestone, 11.4 x 21.15 x 3.2 cm. Inscribed on two sides: on obverse 4 columns of respectively 8, 7, 5 and 2 lines in black and red ink; on reverse traces of 6 lines in black in with(?) red verse points. Top obverse = top reverse. Damaged: broken off at left edge and bottom, surface much degraded especially on reverse; ends of all lines of obv. col. IV missing, some writing in several places missing; reverse illegible.
