Description: Limestone, 7 x 6 cm. Inscribed on two sides in black ink; obverse 5 lines, reverse 8 lines. Top obverse = top reverse. Damaged; broken off at top and left edge of obverse; on obverse of line 1 only traces remain, beginning of line 2 and ends of all lines are lost; on reverse beginnings of all lines and ends of lines 1-4 are lost. On reverse line 3 is scribbled in between lines 2 and 4, and line 5 is scribbled in between lines 4 and 6; line 3 cancelled by the scribe by means of a horizontal line; in line 5 before the last two name a cross.
