Description: Limestone, 6.5 x 13 cm. Inscribed on two sides; on obverse 1 line followed by 3 columns - col. I 4 lines, col. II 6 lines and col. III 5(?) lines, in black ink; on reverse a sign of a bird in black ink (workmen's mark or 'funny sign'?). Top obverse = left edge reverse. Damaged; broken off at right edge and bottom of obverse; beginnings of all lines of obverse I missing and most of obv. I effaced, line 6 of col. II and line 5 of col. III almost completely missing. Palimpsest.
