Description: Limestone, 15 x 10 cm. Inscribed on two sides in black ink; on obverse 2 columns, col. I and col. II each 7 lines; on reverse 3 columns, col. I, col. II and col. III each 6 lines. Top obverse = top reverse. Damaged; broken off on all sides and surface chipped off, smudged and much effaced; on obverse beginnings of all lines of col. I lost; on reverse beginnings of all lines of col. I lost, of col. II lines 1 and 2, ends of lines 5 and 6 lost, of col. III ends of all lines lost.
