Description: Limestone, 12 x 13 cm. Inscribed on two sides; on obverse 4(+ x) + 1 lines and on reverse indeterminable number of lines in black ink. Top obverse = left edge reverse. Damaged; broken off on all sides, surface much degraded and rubbed; on obverse beginnings and ends of lines 1-4 missing, other writing almost completely effaced; on reverse only traces of writing remaining.
