Description: Limestone, 13 x 20 cm ; see Remarks. Inscribed on two sides probably in black ink, obverse 7 lines, reverse 15 lines. Top obverse = right side of reverse(?). Damaged: beginnings of obverse 6-7 lost, end of obverse 4 lost, beginnings of reverse 1, 4-8, 13-14 effaced, ends of reverse 1-3, 10, 15 lost. Corrections by scribe in obverse 2, 5, 6, reverse 4, 5, 11.
