Description: Limestone, 7 x 13 cm. Inscribed on two sides probably in black ink, obverse 5 lines, reverse 8 lines. Damaged; beginnings of obverse 1-4 lost, middle of obverse 3 effaced, ends of obverse1-4 lost, only traces remain of obverse 5, beginnings of reverse 1-7 lost, ends of reverse 1-7 lost, only a trace remains of reverse 8.
