Description: Limestone, 12 x 17 cms. Complete. Two sides. Obverse: 4 lines; reverse: 3 lines and some trial marks. Black ink. The ink on obverse has gone very pale, that on reverse to the point of rendering the text illegible. Top obverse = top reverse (?). Correction by the scribe in obverse, 2.
