Black ink; obverse 2 columns: 10 lines in column I, 4 lines in column II, 3 more lines along right edge (here referred to as column "0"); reverse 2 columns: 6 lines in col. I, 5 lines in col. II; top obverse = top reverse. Palimpsest. Damaged; beginnings of obv. I 8, 9 and rev. I, 1-6 lost, ends of obv. I 1, 2 and II 1-4 lost, only upper parts preserved of signs in obv. I 10.
