Description: Limestone, 8 x 9.5 cm. Black ink, one side, 6 lines, and one more group of signs beneath line 6 (end, correction by scribe). Damaged; beginnings of lines 2-6 and ends of 1-4 and 6 lost, lines 1 and 2 hardly legible because of efflorescence.
