Description: Limestone, two fragments which do not join; fragment (a) 7.5 x 6 cm, fragment (b) 12 x 8 cm. Inscribed on two sides in black ink, obverse 3 lines, reverse 11 lines. Top obverse = bottom reverse. Damaged: middle of obverse 1-2 lost, end of obverse 2 lost, only a few signs remain of obverse 3, reverse effaced by scribe, ends of reverse 1-11 lost, middle of reverse 7-11 lost. Correction by scribe in obverse 2; see Remarks.
