Text on reverse perpendicular to text on obverse, top obverse = left side reverse. Complete, but minor losses at the beginnings of obverse 6, reverse 1-2, 5, and at the end of reverse 3. |

Provenance: | Valley of Kings; excavation by Theodore Davis. The ostracon bears mark: (8), strongly suggesting that it was found by Howard Carter working for Davies in 1902, either in the area of Theban Tombs 28, 21, or 36, or possibly below Theban Tombs 19-20. |
