Description: Limestone, 7 x 11 cm. Black ink, obverse 5 lines, reverse 4 lines, top obverse = bottom reverse. Damaged; beginnings of rev. 1(?), 2-4 lost, ends of all lines on obverse and reverse lost, unknown number of lines lost at top obverse and bottom reverse. Obverse and reverse palimpsest. Correction by scribe in rev. 1.
