Description: Limestone, 9.5 x 15 cm. Black ink, two sides: obverse 7 lines, reverse 3 lines. Top obverse = top reverse. Damaged; broken off at right edge, beginnings of all lines on obverse missing, all three lines on reverse washed off. Corrections by the scribe in obverse lines 3 and 4.

Remarks: Keywords: perhaps read rdm.t (sort of plant) in lines 2 and 4? Cern transcribed the heart sign (F 34) as determinative; in hieratic this resembles the plant sign (M 2); cf.
