Description:	Limestone, 12.5 x 9 cm. Inscribed on one side in black ink, 10 lines, lines 1-2 separated from the rest of the text by curved horisontal line in black ink, line 7 to the left of lines 6 and 8, lines 9-10 to the left of lines 3 and 4. Complete, but middle of line 1 slightly effaced, end of line 9 lost, only a trace remaining of line 10.
