Description: Limestone tablet, 22.5 x 18 cm, three joining fragments. Inscribed on two sides in black ink, obverse 9 lines, reverse three columns, I 3 lines, II 11 lines, III 11 lines (lines numbered 1-25 by editor). Top obverse = bottom reverse. Damaged: ends of obverse 4-6 lost, beginnings of reverse 1-3 lost, ends of reverse 1-2, 12 lost.
