Description: Limestone, 10.5 x 8.5 cm. Inscribed on two sides: on obverse 9 lines in black ink and on reverse some traces only in red ink. Top obverse = top reverse. Damaged: broken off on all sides; beginnings and ends of all nine lines on obverse missing; on reverse original text almost completely effaced except for a few signs. On obverse line 7 and 8 divided by a horizontal line in red ink.
