Description:	Limestone, 10 x 9 cm. Inscribed on two sides: on obverse 6 lines and on reverse 4 lines in black ink. Top obverse = bottom reverse. Damaged: broken off on all sides; on obverse beginnings and ends of all six lines missing; on reverse beginnings of lines 3 and 4 and ends of all four lines missing. Palimpsest: on both sides traces of an earlier washed out text.
