Description: Limestone, 13.3 x 18.3 cm. Inscribed on one side in black ink, 8 lines. Damaged: slight loss at middle of line 1, slight loss at ends of lines 2, 8, loss at beginnings of lines 4-8, partly effaced; smudges on lines 1-8 caused by water.

Contents: A letter by On-Hr-xpS=f to Inr -[...] reprimanding the latter for not having consulted the 'wise woman'. The author wants to learn from the 'wise woman' what caused the death of two boys, in addition to which he wants to be told about his and the children's mother's life, i.e. fortune. See Remarks.
