Description: Limestone, 16.5 x 11.5 (if facsimile in Hieratic Ostraca is on scale of 1:1). Two sides; obverse: ten lines; reverse: nine lines. Black ink; obverse 5 and reverse 1-2 and 6-7 cancelled in red ink. Some scribal marks in red ink on obverse, as well as a number of dots on both sides. Damaged at the right edge of obverse causing some loss of writing. Top obverse = top reverse.
