Description: White limestone, 15 x 20 cm. Inscribed on three sides in black ink (?) which has partly become pale, obverse 7 lines, line 1 obverse continuing on left edge, reverse 6 lines, text on obverse perpendicular to text on reverse. Top obverse = left side reverse. Damaged: unknown number of lines lost at bottom of obverse, loss at ends of obverse 4-5, almost all of obverse 7 lost with only slight traces remaining, beginnings of reverse 1-6 lost.
