Contents: | Obv. 1-5: Nb-smn , the father of the speaker, has made a coffin for the burial of Inr (presumably his mother). In exchange, he receives (i.e. inherits) her share in a storehouse (see Remarks). Her daughter Wab.t now wishes to share in the storehouse, but the speaker appeals to the oracle, arguing that his father Nb-smn alone is entitled to the inheritance. Obv. 6 - rev. 6: similar case; list of objects provided by the workman 4A-WAD.t for the burial of his mother 6A-NHs.y.t . It is argued before the oracle that his brothers and sisters are to be excluded from the inheritance because they did not assist in taking care of the burial (see Remarks). |
