Description: Papyrus, 19.5 x 19.5 cm (see Remarks). Black(?) ink, recto (V/H) 9 lines, verso (H/V) 19 lines. Text on verso in smaller writing. Damaged; end of verso 1 lost, unknown number of lines lost at bottom of recto, gaps in recto 5 and verso 5-9, only traces of recto 1 and verso 2.
