Description: Yellowish brown papyrus, 38 cm x 62 cm as mounted under glass, sheet joins at 12 cm and 40 cm from the right edge of recto. Inscribed in pale black ink. Recto two columns: col. I 21 lines and at least one line missing at the end, col. II 22 lines, verso two columns: col. I 17 lines and possibly an additional short line lost, col. II 7 lines. Top recto = top verso. Damaged (fragmentary): beginnings of all lines of recto I lost, only a few signs remain of recto I 21, at least one line entirely missing at bottom of recto I, only a few signs remain of recto II 22, possibly one line entirely missing at bottom of recto II, beginning of verso I 17 partly lost and partly effaced, possibly one line entirely missing at bottom of verso I.
