Description: | Papyrus sheet, 13 x 21 cm. Damaged. Palimpsest. Recto V/H, verso H/V. Top recto = bottom verso. In black ink 8 lines of writing on the recto and 1 line on the verso (the address). The beginning of the older letter is at the bottom of the recto with an address at the verso. The papyrus was folded in each case from bottom to top; it shows a vertical break in the middle. Gaps as a result of breaks due to folding have resulted in loss of writing in several places. Address at the bottom of the verso. Correction by the scribe in recto 3. |
