Description: Papyrus, 7.5 x 8.5 cm(?) (see Remarks). Black ink, recto 3 lines with a horizontal line crossed by a vertical stroke at the bottom, verso 2 lines. Top recto = bottom verso. Damaged; ends of recto 2, 3 and verso 1 lost; only a trace remains of recto 1; unknown number of lines lost above recto 1 and beneath verso 2.
