Contents: | A long letter from the chantress of Amon-Re 1nw.t-tA.wy to the necropolis scribe Ns-Imn-m-Ip.t , informing him about problems with incomplete deliveries of emmer and grain for the necropolis workmen and for the divine offerings. Next she tells him not to worry about his father, whose condition is all right: he has won a case in court in the presence of Pharaoh who has bestowed his favors upon him. Further she mentions that a general and some men are going to the temple (Medinet Habu) and the office of prophet was given by the king to someone. Finally she orders him to send someone (but the reason remains unclear because of the damaged text lines). |
