Description: Papyrus, 9 x 11 cm. Black and red ink, recto (H/V) 5 lines (plus traces of a line above recto 1), verso (V/H) 2 columns: verso I 6 lines, verso II 3 lines; white margins beneath recto 5 and verso I 6. Top recto = top verso. Damaged; beginnings and ends of all lines on recto lost; beginnings of all lines on verso lost; ends of verso I 1, 5 and 6 and of all lines of verso II lost.
