Description: Medium to dark brown papyrus, ca. 20.5 x 125 cm as presently mounted, sheet joins at ca. 3 cm, 25.5 cm, 50.5 cm, 74 cm, 101 cm and 123.5 cm from right edge of recto. Black and red ink. Recto (H/V) 9 columns with margins above and below: col. I 13 lines, col. II 12 lines, col. III 13 lines, col. IV 13 lines, col. V 12 lines, col VI 10 lines, col. VII 3 lines, col. VIII 12 lines, col. IX 10 lines, traces of a lost column to the left of recto VIII; line numbered 2a in the margin above recto I-III; recto IV 1 is actually a short line in the margin above col. IV; recto VIII and IX upside down with respect to I-VII, with VIII towards the edge of the papyrus and IX under VII. Verso (V/H) 7 columns: old (literary) col. I 10 lines; lines 1-7 partly erased in order to create space for new (non-literary) col. I with 8 lines; col. II 11 lines, col. III 10 lines, col. IV beginnings of 8 lines, col. V 14 lines, col. VI 14 lines, col. VII 14 lines, traces of one lost column to the right of verso I; "col. IIa" is one long line in margin above cols. I and II; "col. IIIa" is one long line written upside down in margin below cols. I-III. Palimpsest; verso I-IV are remains of a longer (literary) text partly erased in order to accomodate (non-literary) verso I and V-VII. Top recto = top verso. Damaged (fragmentary); at least one column lost at end of recto and beginning of verso (traces); beginnings of all lines of recto I lost.

Contents: Recto I-VII: deliveries to the gang on a number of dates in regnal years 6-8 by a scribe of the mat, scribes of the vizier, a royal butler, temple scribes and deputies. The supplies (regular rations as well as rewards) come from royal storerooms and various temples, and they include different kinds of food, clothing, copper, silver, gold, oil and papyrus. Recto VIII-IX: the draughtsman Pn-6A-wr.t receives a she-donkey and its foal from the deputy 1r of the temple of Ramesses III, apparently as a payment for a loan of grain made two years before. Thereafter the animals are claimed by temple attendants as belonging to the sm -priest; Pn-6A-wr.t buys two donkeys which are handed over to the attendants. Verso I: deliveries of clothing, oil, wax, lead and copper. Verso I-IV: literary. Verso IIa and IIIa: deliveries of fowl and wood (IIIa dated to regnal year 17). Verso V-VII: deliveries of pottery, fruit, plants, firewood, fish, vegetables and flowers.
