Description: Sheet of dark brown papyrus, 30.5 x 15 cm. Inscribed on both sides in black ink. On recto (H/V) 10 lines and on verso (V/H) 5 lines with large blank space between verso 4 and 5. Broken off at left edge of recto: ends of all lines missing and as a result of gaps in the papyrus text slightly damaged in recto lines 1, 5, 7-9 and verso lines 1-4. Damaged. Sheet join visible across recto line 6. Top recto = bottom verso.
