Description: Grey papyrus, 21.5 x 29.5 cm, with small fragment added at bottom right corner of recto, sheet join at 6.5 cm from right edge of recto (see Remarks). Black and red ink, recto (H/V) 2 columns (column I 11 lines, lines 1-3 longer than others and running over I 4 and II 1; column II 7 lines), verso 1 line (presumably a docket; see Remarks) running along fibres at 9 cm from bottom. Top recto = left edge of verso. Palimpsest. Complete, but line on verso almost illegible.
