Description: Papyrus, 40 x 32 cm (see Remarks). Black and red ink, recto(H/V) 3 columns: recto I 20 lines, recto II 20 lines, recto III 6 lines (underneath recto II 12 and to the left of II 13-20); verso(V/H) 4 texts: verso A 6 lines, verso B 9 lines, verso C 6 lines, verso D 4 lines. Top recto = top verso. Recto III 5 erased by scribe. Damaged; beginnings of recto I 1-5, 7, 10-18 and 20 lost, recto I 6, 8 and 9 entirely lost, ends of recto I 5, verso A 2, 4-6 and verso C 1-4 lost, all lines of verso B lost.
