Description: Papyrus, 17.5 x 64.5 cm (width of main fragment 56.5 cm, fragment to the right of recto 8 cm wide and separated from main fragment by a small gap). Black and red ink, recto three columns: recto I 10 lines, recto II 10 lines, recto III 9 lines; verso three columns: verso I (at right angles with verso II-III and recto) 26 lines(?), verso II 13 lines, Verso III 11 lines. Damaged; beginnings of recto II 1, verso I 2-4, 12-14, 19-22, verso II 13, verso III 1 and 5-10 lost; ends of recto II 1-4, of all lines of recto III, of verso I 1-4, 8-14, 18, 19, 23-25 and verso III 2-10 lost; gaps in all lines of recto I and in recto II 1-5, recto III 1 and 2; only traces of verso I 26(?) and verso III 11.

Contents: Column I: letter from the gang or its administrators, asking for the delivery of grain rations, garments and "wages" ( Htri ) from the treasury. Reference is made to "year 1 of Pharaoh" and to the time of King Ramesses II. Columns II and III: account of a payment made by the scribe Imn-nxt to an anonymous stable overseer. The items given include garments, woodwork, curd, sandals, leather, metalwork and grain. Recto: calendar of lucky and unlucky days.
